Affiliate Branch Sales and Production Manager
Online Loan Officer : The Atlanta Branch is seeking qualified mortgage professionals on either a full time basis. We are a National Mortgage bank which currently has over 160 branches nationwide. We employ over 850 loan officers, underwriters and backend staff. Since 1998 we have been offering FHA / 203 B- K , VA and Conventional financing along with very competitive commissions splits. Comparing our pricing with our competition we have one of if not the best rates in today’s markets. The full time position requires the loan officer to make a minimum yearly income of at least $80,000. Commissions can be paid to you 48 hours after the loan disburses or on the next pay cycle.
Full Time Loan Officers/ Mortgage Advisors
We are seeking qualified and professional loan officers to originate purchase and refinance loan applications that we provide though our internet lead system and /or referrals sources. Product and sales training will be available.
We require at least 1 year FHA origination experience along with excellent business references. Please do not apply without experience
You must provide your 2007 W-2 to even be considered for this position
Proof of previous production is required. BCBS Health insurance and 401K is available.
This position is available for you to work out of your own home office with the assistance of all our seasoned management and support staff from our Midtown / Buckhead Location . We have all business and sales systems readily available for you to be very successful working from home. If you desire , we can offer you , after a few months of proving your ability to produce, the option to work in one of our multiple business offices in numerous Class A buildings in Alpharetta, Atlantic Station, Midtown and Kennesaw.

Affiliate Branch Manager Position
Currently we are seeking Affiliate Branch Managers. This individual must have 3 to 5 years of Executive or previous experience in Managing Loan Officers. Managing an ABM center you must understand budgets, Sales, Marketing and purchase and refinancing loan product This qualified individual must be familiar with the loan process, and possess the ability to motivate and work well with others. FHA experience a must. If you have managed or owed a brokerage company and would like access to being a banker in multiple states. This may be a good fit. Personal and Business background checks will be required before we accept any candidate for this position.
Becoming an Affiliate Branch Manager (ABM) for our Branch, allows you to work independently. We also offer a complete Support Staff to assist you in processing, underwriting, closing and funding your loans.

Once you have been approved an ABM, you are allowed to hire experienced Full Time loan officers and/or Part Time Real Estate agents, Insurance Agents, CPA’s etc for residual income.
